Summary
A ‘you say we did’ board or poster is a great way for your Smart School Council to communicate what’s been done. It’s best if your communication team leads on this, or each action team could also communicate for their own progress. Remember that your Smart School Council should involve everyone in learning new skills – head over to the introduction and set up section of the manual to find out more. This doesn’t mean that a small group do everything, but different action teams are set up, and are open to everyone, to lead on projects.

It’s important that the board or poster is placed somewhere that everyone in the school can see. This will remind them of your action team’s achievements and how students can lead their own projects. Feel free to take a look at the school council progress board too.
